Made a appointment with them because they said they can fix the alignment. Brought a car in & wasted 3 hours just to tell me that they can't fix it. Why you even say you can fix it in the first place
Sent Varga a message through their Website on Thursday night. Friday morning they called me for additional information and to get me to come in and take a look. Called back on Monday and dropped off my vehicle on Tuesday morning. 2 hours later they called me back with a diagnosis and quote. I said go ahead, do the work. 3 hours later they called back and had finished the work. They replaced an axle seal & bearing, a cabin filter, and did a transmission flush and fill. They came in at a rate 5x lower than the dealer quoted price. Frank is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the mechanics know what they're doing. This is a great place for transmission repairs, but keep in mind they're a full auto shop too, they do everything.
They also take used engine oil for free. Can't beat it. Will be going here for all my repair needs most likely.
Frank Varga is kind, patient, and super experienced! He took my car for a test ride with me and talked me through what he was noticing. Free diagnostics, honest assessment, no pressure to buy a service. I learned a lot about my trans from him in just a few minutes. His shop can fix transmissions before they completely break for (sometimes much) less than the cost of the transmission, so I'm trying to catch the problem before I need to replace the whole thing.
